Homeschoolers Unfolding History Quilt

This Quilt was made as a surprise for Elaine Forman
by members and parents of Homeschoolers Unfolding History
which is a chapter of Tar Heel Junior Historians.

The HUH quilt was on display at the 2007 Johnston County
Heritage Quilt Show where Elaine Forman accidentally saw it
and realized that the quilt was made for her.

The children and parents put lots of individual care and love
into every square and stitch, they had the adhesive bandages
to prove their love.

Homeschoolers Unfolding History is a History Club which is
locally sponsored by the Public Library of Johnston County
and Smithfield. Tar Heel Junior Historians is sponsored all
over North Carolina by the North Carolina Museum of
History in Raleigh.
